How do I extend when the 12 months are over?

Buy the TV Subscription and choose extension at checkout. Enter your username, or the MAC address of a TVIP box, and the time is added to the subscription you have.

Can I buy the box without a subscription?

Yes. Every box is also sold separately under IPTV Boxes.
